The Korea House’s royal cuisine is overseen by Han Bok-ryo, an Intangible Asset of Royal Cuisine, and made by a professional cooking crew.

Korea House is a restaurant and cultural centre celebrating traditional Korean cuisine. The Korea Cultural Heritage Foundation runs it, and it was erected on the location of Joseon scholar Pak Paeng-Nyeon’s mansion. Jagyeongjeon Hall in Gyeongbokgung Palace.



The Korea House’s traditional Korean cuisine inherits the recipes of the Joseon period’s royal cuisine, making you feel at ease with a soft and light taste. Just as they provided the king with seasonal delights from around the land, royal cuisine experts painstakingly pick fresh ingredients to cook and serve.
Opening Hours of the Facility

Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with the last order at 2:30 p.m.
Dinner is served from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with the last order at 9:00 p.m
