A pandemic concern remains, but BaiCon InFest 2020 intends to demonstrate that the future is truly digital.
Filipino creators and social media influencers congregate at BaiCon, the Philippines’ largest online event. BaiCon InFest 2020: The Space Invasion was revealed at an online digital press conference on October 7, 2020.
Ace Gapuz of Blogapalooza presided over the “Blast Off” digital press conference. Members of BaiCon InFest 2020, the group organizing the “Space Ambassadors” panel, were in attendance. “Fat Kid Inside” creator Erwan Heussaff, CICP PR Officer Bea Evardone, CICP Board of Director Jakode and CICP PR Officer Erwan Heussaff are among them.
The Creator and Influencer panel discussed a variety of initiatives.
Council, its #CreatorsUnitedPH advocacy campaign, its Spotlight Awards program and BaiCon’s partnership with the Philippine Public School Teachers’ Association are all examples of how the country’s digital entertainment industry can benefit from CICP and BaiCon’s other initiatives, such as the former.
It was RJ Garcia’s turn to discuss the CICP’s #CreatorsUnitedPH advocacy campaign, which aims to generate funds for DOH-approved PPEs for our medical frontlines.
For the first time this year, they talked about the annual CICP Spotlight Awards, which are given to recognize and reward those who have achieved greatness in Philippine content creation and influencer marketing.
BaiCon InFest 2020 is a two-day (October 23 and 24) online event that will take place on Facebook, TikTok, Zoom, and other digital platforms. Over 50 of the biggest and best creators and influencers in the country will be there, including Mikey Bustos, Erwan Heussaff, Inka Magnaye, Bogart the Explorer, Gino Quillamor, Ranz and Niana Guerrero, Kimpoy Feliciano, Gie Cayetano, Haidee and Hazel Quing, Chinkee Tan, Dani Barreto-Panlilio, Xavi Panlil
It will also have VisMin creators and influencers like Phillip of Davao Conyo, Alem Garcia, David Wilde X, Malaya Macaraeg, Sarah del Mar, Aicy and Trishia Fabe, and many more. BaiCon InFest 2020 is a free event where people can watch their online heroes perform and learn a few things about making digital content and other digital topics.
