I was able to explore the province of Sorsogon last month with other travel bloggers. Who wouldn’t be captivated by Sorsogon’s beauty? With its simplicity, friendly people, and breathtaking natural beauty, this small province will undoubtedly capture the hearts of any traveler.

Bulusan Lake

The Bulusuan Volcano Natural Park is surrounded by the towns of Bulusan, Barcelona, Casiguran, Irosin, and Juban Sorsogon. Guests can explore the lake by renting a kayak or taking a boat ride while wearing a life jacket for safety; the staff is always there to assist you. This place is a fun experience and a good arm workout.
Donsol Whale Shark Interaction

Donsol is an excellent location for whale shark snorkeling. From November to May, many whale sharks migrate to Donsol to feed on the area’s abundant plankton and krill. You are fortunate to get so close to these whale sharks, which can grow to be four to twelve meters long in Donsol.
Buhatan River Cruise

Enjoy a relaxing bamboo raft ride through river cabanas. It’s relaxing to sit on the cushions and listen to the birds while cruising down the river. . Local delicacies are also available.
Subic Beach

Subic Beach is a must-see attraction in Sorsogon! It’s one of the few powdery pink sand beaches with crystal clear water found in the Philippines. This is a place to go if you want to take a vacation or detox from social media.
Zoe’s Resort & Eco-Adventure Park

Zoe’s Resort and Eco Adventure Park cater to tourists who enjoy adventure and tranquility. You must hike through the forest to reach these waterfalls. The first stop should be at the Kambal Busay Falls, which can be visited after a hundred steps. You can swim and rest in its cool water before hiking through boulders to Hidden Falls, where cool water cascades over rocks.
Juag Lagoon Marine Sanctuary

The Juag lagoon fish sanctuary is a perfect side trip after visiting Subic Beach since it takes about 10 minutes to travel by boat. You can interact with various fish in this sanctuary by feeding them or snorkeling with them.
Museo Sorsogon

Sorsogon Museo serves as a gateway to the province’s historical sites, allowing Sorsoganons and tourists alike to walk through, experience, and emerge from Sorsogon’s history. This museum was formerly a provincial jail and was converted into a modern museum in 2019 after the owners recognized the potential of its 1900s architectural design.
